By creating an account or using Moya Family ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Moya Family is a private family-organizer app for managing shared tasks, events, shopping, finances, and related household tools among the members of your family group. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Don't use the app to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or abuse it (e.g., automated scraping or overwhelming our systems).
You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app and sync it among your family group. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to share it.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
